How DPLex Technologies LLC handles information submitted through our business website.

Scope
This notice applies to the public DPLex Technologies website and its business and custom app-development inquiry forms. Our individual applications have their own privacy notices, which may describe different data practices.
Information you choose to provide
When you email us or submit an app-development inquiry, we receive the information you provide. The inquiry form requests your name, email address, project description, project type and stage, preferred features, estimated budget and timeline, and your consent to be contacted. You may also provide an optional business name. Please do not enter passwords, API keys, confidential customer data, or proprietary source code.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to evaluate a possible project, respond to your request, discuss scope and pricing, and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting the form does not create a customer account or a contract.
Email delivery and service providers
Inquiry submissions are processed by our website hosting environment and sent through Resend, an email-delivery provider, to our designated business inbox. Resend and our email providers process message content and related delivery information to transmit and manage emails. Their handling of that information is also subject to their applicable policies. We do not sell inquiry information.
Hosting, security and abuse prevention
Our hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, browser and technical request information, and limited anti-abuse records. The inquiry endpoint includes basic validation, a hidden spam-prevention field, and request-rate controls. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence and associated business records for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate requests, communicate with prospective clients, manage our business, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We do not currently promise a fixed deletion schedule.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently intentionally deploy advertising or behavioral-analytics tracking on the public website. Hosting or security infrastructure may use essential technologies necessary for site delivery and protection. Practices may change if new services are introduced; this notice should then be updated.
Your choices and contact
You can choose not to submit the inquiry form and instead contact us directly. To ask about information you supplied in an inquiry, or request correction or deletion subject to applicable requirements, email dplextechnologiesllc@gmail.com. Please identify the inquiry without sending sensitive information.
Application privacy
Security Analyst Toolkit and Security Analyst Training have separate app-specific privacy and account-deletion information. This website notice does not replace those product notices. RiderPilot Navigation and Untangle are separate applications in development and may have their own policies when released.
Changes to this notice
We may revise this notice when the site or its information practices change. Updates will be shown with a revised date on this page.
